The Consultation Letters of Dr William Cullen (1710-1790) at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh
[ID:2873] From: Mr Laurence Edmonston (Edmonstone) / To: Dr William Cullen (Professor Cullen) / Regarding: Miss Johannah Sanderson (Patient), Mr Charles Sanderson (Patient) / 8 September 1786 / (Incoming)
Letter from Laurence Edmonston, concerning the case of Miss Sanderson, his sister-in-law. He had previously consulted Cullen about her two sisters, who had both died. The enclosed case note is surely Doc [ID:2882] , but that is dated the 19th. It was hand delivered so delivery may have been delayed ten days. Cullen's response refers to a letter of the '9th', but the paper is smudged and so this could be the '19th'.
