Dear Sir

Mrs. Ward, strictly adhearing to
your Prescription, has finished the second
Course of Medicine and finds the Erysipelas
Appearance upon her Nose not so extensive &
instead of it very painful Pustules arise,
which inflame, suppurate & heal spontaneous¬
ly - She never found any Uneasiness from the
Use of the Æthiops or Antinomial Draughts,
altho' I increas'd the Dose as you directed -
The Catamenia have been very irregular
since she had an acute Rheumatism, (three
years ago), sometimes returning at the se¬
venth week, at other times not till the End
of three Months and from that Period, she
dates the origin of her Complaint ---
We shall be very glad to hear from You

& in the mean time Mrs. Ward will bath in
the Sea, which she has done every Summer
since her Rheumatic Fever --

Mr. Maxwell favours me by conveying
this & I hope under your good Direction
his debilitating Ailment will be mitigated.
