Sir

After Mrs. Willson left Edinburgh she was
for some Weeks at Perth with Dr. Wood and
followed your Prescriptions, and took the articles
for some time after she came home, but the weather
being so warme turned them which obliged her
to give them up, they had no Effect upon her to
make her better, and her complaints and the
swelling are rather worse than when you seed
her, this thought Proper to acquaint you of. And
could you think of any thing else which you
think might be of service to her, will be glade to
hear from you with your conveniency & I am

Sir Your most Obedient Servant
