Dear Sir


Mr. Bethune has now compleated
the Course proscribed to Him without any
sensible effect, the affection of his stomach &
Head is much as formerly, so that He is again
obliged to have recourse to Rhubarb for says
Mr. Bethune nothing gives releife but it –
He was obliged to lay aside the Mustard from
its too stimulating effects on the Urinary Passages,
From a new application to the Issue for several
weeks past it has discharged very freely
Mr. Bethune desires Compliments to Dr. Cullen
and says that he is sure Dr. Cullen will do all
that he can for him. With very much respect
