Sir

I used the Medicine Prescribed By you the Limated time But
Cant say I Percieve myselfe any Better of it. Doctor White seems to be of
Opinion that the Consultation is in a manner Lost as I had not a Letter
from Him to you sitting forth the Nature of my Disorder I wrote Him
Twice Desiring Him to Write you Himselfe which He promised to Do
But Have heard nothing from Him. He also says He Cant Tap on the
Right Side Now the Last time I was Tapped on the Left Side I felt very
Little so that I Dont think it worth while to be Tapped again on the
Left Side if I Cant be Tapped on the Right. I should Be Glad you'd
Give me Your Opinion what method I am to pursue I am with
Great respect ---------------
