Sir


As Mr Campbell who attended Mrs
Farquharson for some time past was oblidged to leave the
place for some days, I have seen her Constantly ever since. With
[r]egard to her present Complaints, I have only to add to her former
[ca]se that she has a Diarrhœa that is most troublesome to her in
[the] night. The pain of her Side gives no uneasiness, her Breathing
is pretty free and her cough not violent by any means, her
drought is greatest thro the night
, her diet is now Milk with
with the Farrinacea. She has not seen her menses regularly
for some time
, her Side is still kept. open with Issue and
the Blister shall be applied between the Shoulders as you
direct. Should be glad to have your Opinion whether or not
a Flannel Shift would be necessary or if the cooling mixture
may be given while her Diarrhœa continues. I am
