On sunday last a man who has been remarka¬
bly healthy all his life was seized with the Hemi¬
plegia, he is very corpulent and 60 years old: I have
had all the applications usual in such cases, but
without any sensible benefit: he is quite depriv'd
the use of the left side, tho he retains his senses and
articulates pretty well. You'll be so good as return
me your advice by first post. I am with great
respect
