Sir


Your Patient Mr James Johnstone has been using
your prescriptions ever since you saw him Vizt. The solution
of Tartar solubile in the morning & the Nervous Pills with
Camphor Assa Foetida &c in the Evening - Notwithstanding
which his complaints still continue, altho' not in the same
degree -The pain of his his head is not so acute as at first,
& a little more moderate than when you saw him, but he
still complains of a dull heavy pain either in the temples,
Vertex or Occiput, attended with a degree of numbness,
he sleeps little, or rather his sleep is not refreshing &
much interrupted
. the convulsive startings he complain'd
of in his bowels are much abated. His febrile symptoms
have disappeared - the pulse generally about 84 & his
tongue clean. Your further advice will oblidge your
patient as well as
