Sir

Our patient Mr. C. Addison, is again complaining
for these two days past of his Hæmorrhoidal Ailments
tho' he has regularly continued at his sulphur, & Pills
prescribed by you, which also encreased his Urinary
complaints
, he also complains much of his Old So
Ailment from the head of the Thigh bone down to his knee
and yesterday was complaining of pains in the
left haunch
stricking round his back, he is al¬
ways free from fever, appetite as usual, and continues
regular in his belly, I thought it proper to advise you
in time that if you can think of any thing else, it
may be used as soon as possible, which will much
oblige

Sir
your most obedient servant
John Short
