Dear Sir


I am very desirous to see you
that something may be thought of
to prevent the excessive sweeting
was not you speaking of giving me
some elixor along with my bark thatt
might prevent it - I get very ill rest
and have great difficulty to make
watter
eaven once in thirty hours, [&?]
my pills have not there ordinary effect
the under part of my belly is very
sore to the touch
& I am both weaker
in the body &
limbs that I was. I hope
to see you as soon as possible & am
