benifit from one of your emmenance and profession in the
healing art of Physic. To be brief and not to trowble yow with

in very few words point owt my case. --- I have bine for
this some time past violantly affected with a Nervous
disorder
as I conclude it to be for I fill such twitchings
and startlings
in the tendons that makes me think
my disorder most certainly proceed from a relaxed
state of the Nerves for In the first place I have [fielt?]
this some time past such a Giddiness in my head
attended with a Numb pain across my Eye browes
which confuses me so much that I have hardly a cleare
thought
especially if I am any ways attentive upon any
subject or the least adicted to venery which I attribute
to be the cause from whence my complaints has ↑arisen↑
for if I exceed in the least in veneral pleasures I fill
the simptoms to be shocking attended with such fritfull
apperances as if I was to be sized with a delerium or a
fitt of the Eppilipsis which makes me shuder at the
bare apprehensions resulting therefrom
but I trust in God that your advice and prescription

afflicted with it some time ago attended with spiting by the
forces of coffing which I attributed to hard drinking and excessive
venery but as I have left off drinking to excess for this some
Twelfmonth past my breathing seems gratly better for I cant
