January 19th 1777
Sir


I had the favour of your letter of the
13th, for which I returne you my thanks, it was from
the great fall of snow, which made the roads in this country
atmost unpassable, for some days, that [aeedssened?] my
Last letter, being so long of coming to hand.


Both Lady Aberdeen and I. ar much oblidged to you for
writing me so fully, on the subgit of her health,
she is to begine to the Powders you have ordered her
to take, and will sufer the [fitts?], when necessary. She is not
more costive now, than she used to be, before she
went to Harrowgate, when the Evacuation took place,
the end of September and November, both the quantity, and conti¬
nuance was much the same as usual.


I only add that I am, with great [effecui?] -----

from you, if any further
occurs to you ---
