Dear Sir


I was favourd with yours 22d Ultimo and
agreable to your orders Kincrage has taken
three days of the Uva Ursi every day a
dram for a dose which sits Easily on his stomach
he feels no benefit from this Medicine
and his complaints increase last night the
incliation to make water was frequent &
the pain after so seveer as oblidged him to Cray
out
his water is Generaly of a whey culor
with a Mucilaginous {illeg} Mixed with smal
dusky culord particles not round but flat
and unperseptable to the toutch when theyr rubd
betwixt the finger & Thume. His Belly keepd
regular with the Electuary & has got the
annodyne att times Continues to spit up mixed
with Blood
in the Mornings it goes of after BreĀ¬
kfast he {illeg} no Coughe his legs swels and
hes Very restless thro the night


The pain & Uneasiness not abating Kincrage desires
to know your opinion of Adams Solvent
for the Stone & gravle which he observes
in the News papers, & if youd advis him to take
it also if you think Pithkethly water or the Goat
whey necessary Kincrag & Lady joins in Compliments [I am?]
