Our friend Mr Hill is at present in a bad situation
His complaints are calculous he imagines, but I
think there is reason likewise to apprehend an
ulcer of the
bladder. Among other things I advised
him to try the Uva Ursi; this he wishes to do,
but as we have had no proper experience of it here,
we wish to know from Dr Cullen how far it is to
be depended on & to what quantity given. Be so
good as to enquire at the Dr and let me know soon.
