I wrote you some Time ago & Beg'd an answer
when Convenient but apprehends it has Escap'd your Memory
as I have not as yet hear'd from you, what I wou'd beg
of you now is to Consult my former Letter, (as my aylments
are ↑now↑ much the same as there describ'd) & say what you think
of [it?] (↑me↑) if any more Can be done towards Restoring my health
pray let it & shall not Grudge Remiting your Fees if it
was the Last Shilling that I might be posses'd of if you
think it in the Least Necesary to see me at Edinburgh
only say & Ill Ride in Directly ------

Remember Sir your obedient servant
