For Mr Bryce
Take two drachms of the best Asafoetida, four ounces of peppermint water dissolve and strain then add an ounce and a half of syrup of scillit and three ounces of simple cinnamon water. Mix. Label: Pectoral Mixture. A table spoonful to be taken two or three times a day, particularly at bed time.
