Continue the Guaiac Solution at bed time and let
him take in the forenoon every day the bulk of a nutmeg
of the
following Electuary.
Take an ounce each of Powdered Peruvian Bark and Wild Valerian Root, two drachms of Russian Castor, an-ounce-and-a half of Conserve of Orange Peel and Simple Syrup sufficient to make into a serviceable electuary &c.
