Letter from David Wemyss concerning the case of Miss Kerr, whose colic has returned. She has been treated with anodynes, but she cannot bear the smell of musk. She has been spitting blood, but cannot be blistered again, as the site of previous blisters is still sore.12 July 1779

He thinks she may be able to bear the musk, although she has an aversion to the smell. He advises blistering for her blood-spitting. 14 July 1779
