Reply headed 'Captain Reid'. 'Having considered his case as laid before me by his Brother with the utmost attention I am clearly of opinion that his disease is entirely the gout in an Atonic state'. Cullen advises on the use of Guaiacum, providing a prescription, and rust.27 March 1789
