Letter from David Erskine to Alexander Wood, concerning the case of Patrick Murray, a patient Cullen and Wood had visited in February of 1783. Murray had a speech defect at the time, which is 'by no means removed', and '[h]is tutors therefore direct me to beg that Dr Cullen and you would again visit Mr Murray and acquaint me whether you think that Mr. Murray can now be sent to Mr. Braidwood or Mr. Telfer or elsewhere in England for the Cure of his Stammering'. 22 June 1785
